The Scottish FA has confirmed the dates and times for the Scottish Cup fifth round ties, with five matches picked for television broadcast, including the games involving Celtic, Rangers and holders Aberdeen.
Sixteen teams booked their place in the next round in the weekend’s action, with some dramatic upsets and thrilling ties, and the line-up for the next stage has now been revealed.
Five matches have been selected for broadcast, with three being shown on Premier Sports, which can be watched on the STV Player.
Holders Aberdeen face Motherwell on Saturday, February 7 with a 7.30pm kick-off in one of the Premier Sport picks, with Celtic’s all-Premiership clash with Dundee on the same day with a 5.30pm start.
Premier Sports also has Rangers’ fifth round tie at Ibrox with a 2pm kick-off on Sunday, February 8. Stranraer are currently down as the opposition for Danny Rohl’s side after defeating Queen’s Park on penalties, but could face expulsion after being charged with fielding an ineligible player.
Two games will be shown live on BBC Scotland, with Airdrieonians tie against St Mirren kicking off the weekend’s action on Friday, February 6 at 7.45pm, with Stenhousemuir’s home game against Falkirk on the same channel on the Sunday at 7.30pm.
All other ties are scheduled for a 3pm kick-off on Saturday, February 7.
