The SPFL have revealed the post-split fixtures for each of the 12 teams in the Scottish Premiership.

With the league now split into a top six and a bottom six, the sides will only play opponents from their half of the league in the remaining games.

The final five rounds of fixtures will take place between May 6 and May 28 as the 2022/23 season reaches its climax ahead of the Scottish Cup final on June 3.

There is still plenty to play for at each end of the table with Celtic looking to clinch their second title in a row as the battle for European places and league survival also heat up.

Celtic are joined in the top half by Rangers, Aberdeen, Hearts, Hibernian and St Mirren with, as well as the league trophy, European places also up for grabs.

Livingston, Motherwell, St Johnstone, Dundee United, Kilmarnock and Ross County make up the bottom six as they look to avoid the drop.

Ange Postecoglou’s side are now only one win away from being crowned champions again and that could come at Tynecastle when they play Hearts in their first game since the league split into two.

Rangers will play Aberdeen at Ibrox and the final Old Firm game of the season will be held at Ibrox a week later on May 13.

Aberdeen and Hearts remain the main two contenders for third and they meet at Tynecastle on May 20.

Hearts host Hibs in an Edinburgh Derby on the last day of the season as Rangers travel to St Mirren and Aberdeen visit Celtic Park on what will be trophy day at Parkhead, failing a monumental collapse from the league leaders.

At the other end of the table, bottom club Ross County are four points adrift so will need to start picking up points right away if they want to remain in the division.

The begin their post-split fixtures at home against Livingston and finish the campaign at Rugby Park.

The team who finishes 12th will go straight down to the Championship and the side in 11th will go into a playoff against a side from the second tier.
