Partick Thistle have been promoted back to the Championship after defeating promotion rivals Falkirk 5-0 at Firhill.
Ian McCall’s side will go up as League One champions after Zak Rudden, Scott Tiffoney Brian Graham and Joe Cardle got on the scoresheet in Glasgow on Thursday night.
Partick fans set off smoke bombs as they gathered to celebrate the result outside the club’s stadium in Maryhill.
It means Thistle have returned to the Championship at the first time of asking after being controversially relegated on a points-per-game basis when last season was curtailed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Hearts and Partick were each fined £2500 for taking their battle against relegation to the Court of Session.
The pair were fined following a Scottish Football Association disciplinary hearing.
