Fashion Sakala Jnr has been handed a starting spot in the Rangers team to face Braga in Portugal.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst has named his side for the first leg of their Europa League quarter final tie and the Rangers manager has made a big decision in attack.
With talismanic striker Alfredo Morelos ruled out for the season after surgery on a muscle injury, Van Bronckhorst opted to play Kemar Roofe as striker in Sunday’s 2-1 home defeat to Celtic.
Roofe starts on the bench in Portugal, with Sakala given the nod to take the game to the Portuguese side.
Scott Arfield also comes into the side, with Joe Aribo on the bench, with Glen Kamara starting and Aaron Ramsey among the subs.
Rangers are looking for a positive result in Braga ahead of the second leg at Ibrox next week, with the winner progressing to play RB Leipzig or Atalanta in the semi-finals.
Allan McGregor starts in goals on his 100th European appearance for the club, with Calvin Bassey, Leon Balogun, Connor Goldson and captain James Tavernier in defence.
Ryan Jack, Glen Kamara and John Lunstram are in midfield, with Ryan Kent and Scott Arfield wide of Sakala.
