The all-Premiership tie between Hearts and Dundee will kick off a weekend of Scottish Cup action after the quarter-final line-up was confirmed.

The Scottish FA announced the dates and times for the four ties after the broadcast choices were finalised, with games played across four days to determine this season’s semi-finalists.

The weekend begins with Friday night football as Hearts host Dundee at Tynecastle on March 7, with a 7.45pm kick-off in Edinburgh and Premier Sports showing the game.

Queen’s Park will look to follow up on their historic win over Rangers at Ibrox when they travel to Pittodrie to face Aberdeen on Saturday lunchtime. The game will be shown on BBC Scotland and has a 12.30pm kick-off.

Holders Celtic continue their defence of the trophy when they play host to Hibernian on Sunday, March 9. The teams kick-off at 3pm, and with the action live on Premier Sports.

Monday night sees the conclusion of the quarter-finals as Championship side Livingston welcome St. Johnstone to Almondvale for the BBC’s second game of the weekend. Kick-off is at 7.45pm
