'Frustrated' Propper says Rangers must 'find a solution' to away day woes

Philippe Clement's side have won just three of their 11 away games in the league this season.

Robin Propper says Rangers “must find a solution” to end their poor away form in the Premiership after dropping more points on the road.

The Ibrox side drew 1-1 with Dundee at Dens Park on Thursday, leaving them 15 points adrift of league leaders Celtic.

They have won only three of their 11 games away from home in the top flight this season, picking up 13 points from a possible 33.

Propper, who captained the side in the absence of James Tavernier, Jack Butland and Nico Raskin, is confident they have the ability in the squad to turn that form around going forward but has been left “frustrated” by recent results.

He said: “We need to finish off our chances and we need to create more chances, and the goals we concede are too easy so we need to find a solution for that as quickly as possible.

“It’s difficult to say (why Rangers keep dropping points away from home), we try really hard and everyone wants to take the three points in every game and be happy and cheering with the fans who are always there for us in many ways.

“It’s difficult to say what is happening. We can understand the fans’ frustrations, I am frustrated as well, everybody is frustrated because we all want to win and have the three points.

“We are much better than this, I know that for sure, so we need to find a solution.

“Everybody wants it (to find a solution) we are always talking to each other and trying the best we can, we need to find a solution at both ends of the pitch.

“You saw tonight in the second-half that we can play football and we can drive the opponent back, in the end it’s the small details that make the difference and we have to start winning those kind of games.

“This is the biggest club I have played for, so the pressure is always there. As a player you can have difficult moments, you win some and you lose some, and in the end it is the way you react and I think we can do that as a team.

“We have a great team, we have great players, we just need to find that solution to start winning games and everyone can be happy again.

“We are a team, we are together in this, and we are confident we can get out of this situation and can win these away games and we will react to this.
