Glasgow City will begin their Champions League campaign at home with a single-leg tie against Peamount United.
The sides were paired together when the draw for the first qualifying round was held on Thursday.
City will host the game at Petershill Park on November 3/4.
The Glasgow side are looking to progress in the competition after reaching the quarter-finals last season, when they were defeated by Wolfsburg.
