Hibernian remain in the dark over any ticket allocation for their trip to face Rangers amid ongoing work at Ibrox.
The Light Blues return to their stadium on Saturday for the first time this season when they host Dundee in the League Cup.
Delays to delivery of materials held up redevelopment work in the Copland Road stand and saw Rangers play their first four home games at Hampden.
Only half of the stand will be open for the quarter-final, which is not a season-ticket game, and there remains some uncertainty over arrangements for the visit of Hibs on September 29.
The Edinburgh club revealed they were continuing to have “detailed conversations” with Rangers and the Scottish Professional Football League regarding away tickets.
A statement added: “Due to the ongoing maintenance at Ibrox, away ticket information has yet to be provided as Rangers go through the final stages of work to the Copland Road stand.
“With the match now just 10 days away, the clubs are working through a formal procedure with the SPFL to determine further information regarding away supporters.
“The club hopes to receive more details from the SPFL and Rangers early next week.”
Rangers have put hospitality packages on sale for the game with an email telling supporters: “We look forward to welcoming you back to Ibrox Stadium.”
