Celtic continued their defence of the trophy with a 2-0 win over St Mirren in Paisley on Sunday afternoon and they will now go up against a Livingston side that came from behind to defeat Partick Thistle 3-2 after extra time at Firhill.
Aberdeen, whose boss Neil Warnock has made no secret of his desire to win a cup for the first time in his 44-year managerial career, will play host to in-form Kilmarnock, who defeated Cove Rangers to reach the last eight.
Hibernian’s reward for a victory over Inverness in the last round is a home tie against Rangers. Philippe Clement’s team will travel to Easter Road having seen off Ayr United.
Greenock Morton stunned Premiership opposition in the shape of Motherwell to make the quarters and they will have home advantage when they take on either fellow Championship side Airdrie, or Steven Naismith’s Hearts side.
All ties will be played on the weekend of Saturday, March 9.
