Administrators for Inverness Caledonian Thistle have revealed interest from three potential buyers.
The League One club was put into administration earlier this week, and deducted 15 points as a result, amid ongoing financial issues.
Former chairman Alan Savage has been asked to come back on the board and has agreed to assist with funding and finding ways of increasing revenues.
Savage says he will not let the club run out of money during administration and is committed to making sure they are able to fulfil all their remaining fixtures this season.
Four first team players have been released with one having their loan deal terminated following a “financial revue”.
Adam Brooks, Cameron Ferguson, Flynn Duffy and Wallace Duffy all leave the club with immediate effect as Jack Newman returns to his parent club Dundee United.
Manager Duncan Ferguson was the first casualty of the administration process when he left his role on Wednesday after a year in the dugout.
Forward Billy Mackay and first team coach Scott Kellacher have taken over the running of the team following the former Rangers and Dundee United forward’s dismissal.
Inverness currently sit at the bottom of the third tier following the point deduction that leaves them on -3.
The club said in a statement: “Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC can confirm Adam Brooks, Cameron Ferguson, Flynn Duffy, Wallace Duffy and Jack Newman have all the left the club with immediate effect following the ongoing review of the financial position with the Joint Administrators.
“Adam Brooks, joined us from Celtic in July 2023 and went on to make 41 appearances, scoring 7 goals.
