Celtic star Sead Haksabanovic says he is hungry for more goals in hoops after being named the Premiership player of the month for November.
And while the Montenegro international has enjoyed some time off he is now desperate to get back into action and help fire the league leaders to silverware.
The 23-year-old scored three goals in early November before the mid-season break and he is now aiming to kick on and reach new heights at Celtic starting with Saturday’s game at Aberdeen.
He said: “Hopefully I can get more goals and assists to help the team win.
“Life is good here, I am enjoying myself and having fun.
“The break has been good, I have spent some time with my family, but I am happy to be back.
Haksabanovic knows Celtic will face a tough test against Jim Goodwin’s side who are third in the league as Postecoglou’s men look to regain their nine-point lead at the top of the table.
He said: “It’s good that we can start playing games because that is what you want to do as a player and hopefully we can play well tomorrow, be focused and start off where we left, or maybe be even better.
“We know it’s going to be a tough game, there is no easy games in this league so everybody needs to be focused and at 100% and hopefully we can get a good result.”
