Ross County v Rangers: Starting teams named for Premiership clash in DingwallSNS Group

Don Cowie and Philippe Clement have named their starting teams for Sunday’s Premiership clash in Dingwall.

Rangers travel to the Highlands to take on Ross County in Sunday’s only top-flight match.

Despite a heavy loss to Celtic in their last game, the Staggies come into this one in reasonably good form with only one defeat in the five games previous to the Parkhead defeat.

They also beat Rangers at Dingwall last season with a 3-2 win that all-but ended Rangers’ fading title-challenge.

If they can take all three points again then they will move just a point off the top-six after 16 games.

Rangers on the other hand are looking to cut the gap to the top two as they begin to close in on second placed Aberdeen.

A win on Sunday will see them go two points behind the Dons with a game in hand.

They arrive in the Highlands in good form with three wins and eleven goals from their last three games and only conceding one.

Cowie has started with Jack Hamilton behind Harmon, Wright, Campbell, Efete, Allardice, Randall, Samuel, Nisbet, Chilvers and Hale.

Clement has Butland in goals and a back four of captain James Tavernier, Souttar, Balogun and Jefte.

Barron and Raskin are in midfield with Ianis Hagi advanced to support a front three of Cerny, Danilo and Igamane.
