Jack Ross says there is positivity all around Hibs at the moment and he hopes that can set them up for an exciting end to the season.
The Easter Road men host Livingston tomorrow with both sides looking to make some ground on the teams above them.
Hibs have beaten Kilmarnock and Ross County in recent weeks, as well as progressing in the Scottish Cup, Ross is looking for a lot more to shout about in the next few months.
“I think I said a few weeks ago it was a defining part of the season for us,” he said.
“I said to the players that we’re in a part of the season that if we were to achieve positive results then the last part of the season becomes really enjoyable and exciting.
“We’ve done the first part of that well by getting into a situation where we can start to look above us and at something higher than where we are at the moment, and then we have a cup quarter final to look forward to as well.”
The head coach believes that winning games has put a smile on faces and that is something everyone can build upon between now and summer.
“I think you can feel that positivity if you walk around here at the moment,” he said. “I think people are in a good place and enjoying things and it comes with winning games.
“It means the last few months of the season can be enjoyable.”
