Craig Williamson via SNS GroupScotland and England have named their starting line-ups for the 150th anniversary match at Hampden.
The sides meet in the world’s oldest international fixture for the 116th time since the very first one away back in November 1872.
That game played at the West of Glasgow cricket club, that ended in a 0-0 draw, is recognised by FIFA as the first ever official game of association football.
The last meeting between the pair, in the group stages of Euro 2020 two years ago, also ended in a 0-0 draw, both managers, and the 50,000 fans in attendance, will be hoping for more goals this time around.
Steve Clarke’s side go into the game as the form side, a rarity in the last 150 years, after winning their last eleven games on the bounce.
They have also won their opening five European Championship qualifiers which puts them the verge of securing their place at the tournament being held in Germany next year.
Clarke starts with Gunn in goals behind a back-line of Jack Hendry, Ryan Porteous and Kieran Tierney with Aaron Hickey and Andy Robertson at right and left-back.
Billy Gilmour anchors a midfield four beside Scott McTominay, Callum McGregor and John McGinn who will be looking to support lone front-man Che Adams.

He starts with Aaron Ramsdale in goals behind a back four of Kyle Walker, Marc Guehi, Lewis Dunk and Kieran Trippier.
A strong midfield of Declan Rice, Kalvin Phillips, Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden will be looking to supply Marcus Rashford and captain Harry Kane with enough firepower to add to his bulging international goal-tally.
