The Scottish League Cup has been rebranded just three games before the end of the competition after the title sponsor was taken over.
The Premier Sports Cup will now be known as the Viaplay Cup despite the tournament reaching the semi-final stage under its previous name.
It comes after the Nordic broadcaster, which now also holds the rights to Scottish Cup and Scotland international fixtures, began broadcasting in the UK on November 1.
Celtic are due to face Kilmarnock and Rangers take on Aberdeen in January in the final four of the competition.
The channel and streaming service agreed a deal to show all of the men’s national team’s World Cup 2026 qualifiers, all of the campaign to reach Euro 2028 and all Nations League and international friendlies between 2024 and 2028 in April.
Media rights are no longer negotiated by the Scottish FA, with UEFA taking responsibility for a central sales process.
Live La Liga and Coppa Italia football will also be available through the service alongside the United Rugby Championship, Top 14, NHL and World Athletics meetings.
Viaplay will show Viaplay Cup football until at least the end of the 2026/27 season, the SPFL said.
SPFL chief executive Neil Doncaster said: “Everyone at the SPFL is thrilled to be working with our new title cup sponsor Viaplay.
“This Cup has been a success for many years and Viaplay’s coverage and support of this competition until at least 2026/27 is very welcome indeed.
“We are looking forward to the exciting Viaplay Cup semi-finals in January and the final in February – all games which can be watched live and exclusively on Viaplay.”
