Rangers kept up their flawless record under Micheal Beale with a 3-0 win over Livingston in West Lothian.
James Tavernier put the visitors 1-0 up from the penalty spot in the first half before scoring his second from a free-kick with just over ten minutes to go.
Kemar Roofe then secured the win towards the end of the game as Rangers stay nine points behind league leaders who also kept up their winning run with victory over Aberdeen on Saturday.
The Captain put them ahead from the penalty spot after a tug on Alfredo Morelos’s jersey after 24 minutes.
Livingston’s hopes of sneaking a draw were crushed in a two minute period towards the end of the game when Stephane Omeonga was shown a red card for David Martindale’s side just before Tavernier’s second goal from the resulting free-kick.
Rangers have now won their last nine games and 13 of their 14 under Beale with the only dropped points coming in the 2-2 Old Firm draw at Ibrox.
They can now look ahead to next week’s League Cup final against Celtic as they aim to lift the first silverware of the season.
