Tommy Conway will start in attack for Scotland after Steve Clarke named his side to face Croatia in the Nations League at Hampden.
The national team have only one point from their opening four games in the campaign and need to pick up positive results to avoid relegation back to League B.
A win over Croatia and another three points in Poland on Monday could be enough to see the team finish second in the group and reach the Nations League quarter-finals though, if other results go Scotland’s way.
Clarke has made his selection for the first of the tests and has opted for Conway to spearhead the attack after the young forward, who has only recently broken into the international squad, scored five times for Middlesbrough this season.
Craig Gordon keeps his place in goal, while Clarke also starts with the same defence that shut out Portugal last month.
Captain Andy Robertson is at left-back, with Grant Hanley and John Souttar in the centre and Anthony Ralston on the right.
Billy Gilmour and Kenny McLean anchor the midfield, while Ryan Christie, Scott McTominay and Ben Doak play in support of Conway.
