Cannabis plants among rubbish found at fly-tipping site

Rubbish began appearing on private land around Hatton of Fintray last summer.

Aberdeenshire residents are calling for tougher action on fly-tippers after cannabis plants were found at a beauty spot.

They say discarded materials are appearing on a regular basis and have reported the matter to police.
