Coach praises staff for saving his life after heart attack

69-year-old Keith Ridley had just finished on the outdoor running track when he took ill

An athletics coach is praising the quick actions of staff at Meadowbank stadium for saving his life, after he collapsed following a training session.

Medical students and one of the staff were able to start CPR until the ambulance arrived.

STV News went to meet one of the people who helped saved Keith’s life.
