A firm, whose failure to implement safety measures led to the tragic death of a young boy, has been fined £860,000.
Contractors RJ McLeod were responsible for a construction site in the Drumchapel area of Glasgow that Shea Ryan was able to enter in July 2020.
The ten-year-old bypassed insecure fencing before climbing down an open manhole, causing what has been described as an avoidable death.
