One of Scotland’s most unique visitor attractions officially opened on Friday, five years after it burnt down in a devastating fire on the banks of Loch Tay.
The Iron Age Crannog had been carefully created by archaeologists, but was totally destroyed in just six minutes in the blaze.
Specialist craftspeople and apprentices have rebuilt the wooden structure using traditional skills, with work starting in October 2024 and costing £700,000.
