Disabled councillor faces ‘daily battle’ to access city chambers

Edinburgh City Council say they're adapting the building where they can

Kayleigh O’Neill, who uses a wheelchair, says she’s now wary of encouraging other disabled people to get into politics because of these challenges.

Charities warn disabled people are being excluded from everyday life.
