Driver tells court he was not tired in Moray crash trial

This afternoon the prosecutor urged the jury to convict him over the collision which happened in 2018.

An Italian tourist accused of killing five people by dangerous driving in a crash in Moray has told a High Court jury he did not fall asleep at the wheel – and said he had not felt tired.

Alfredo Ciociola denies the charge.
