Climate activists disrupted proceedings at the Scottish Parliament

The leader of the Scottish Conservatives managed to turned the air blue at First Minister’s Questions.

After a protester interrupted proceedings, Douglas Ross was heard sighing and using the F-word, as Holyrood’s presiding officer suspended the session.

Opposition parties challenged the First Minister to delay the deposit return scheme amid concern from businesses.

However, Nicola Sturgeon accused the Conservatives of opportunism.
