East Dunbartonshire libraries offering ‘sun lamps’ for winter

Locals can now pick up a box created to help with low winter moods.

Libraries in East Dunbartonshire are offering a lot more than books to borrow.

Their Wintering Well Box includes a lamp that replicates the physiological benefits of real sunlight for people with Seasonal Affective Disorder.
