The family of Emma Caldwell, who was murdered after going missing in Glasgow in 2005, has called on the police and Scotland’s prosecution service to be honest about why it took so long to bring her killer to justice.
Emma’s family met the judge who’ll chair the public inquiry into what went wrong – and urged the Chief Constable and the Crown Office to fully cooperate.
