Families of 1994 Chinook crash victims begin legal action

They are bringing the action against the Ministry of Defence for not ordering a public enquiry.

Families of those killed in a Chinook helicopter crash in 1994 say they are beginning legal action against the Ministry of Defence for not ordering a public enquiry.

They want a High Court judge to look at information which they say was not included in previous investigations, in the hope it sheds new light on what led to the crash.
