With an ever-growing waiting list, there are fresh calls for women to come forward to become an egg donor.
Around 100 couples are on waiting lists across Scotland for treatment using donated eggs, while across the UK, around 1,300 babies are born each year using donors.
NHS Grampian is asking those able to donate to do so, to make other families’ “dreams come true”.
