Glasgow Uni to launch first rape survivor legal centre

A specialist team of solicitors will provide free legal advice to those who've been raped

The University of Glasgow is establishing a first-of-its-kind legal service offering free advice and representation to survivors of rape.

The clinic which is being supported by Scottish Government funding is being named in honour of Emma Ritch, a women’s rights campaigner and graduate of the University, who died suddenly in 2021.
