It has been called the worst treatment disaster in the history of the NHS. Now victims of the infected blood scandal will be given support payments for life following an update on the compensation scheme.
The UK Government has also announced those subjected to unethical research will get an extra £10,000 in a one off payment.
However, those affected say it is not enough.
