A mother and father from Fife have spoken out about their experience after their baby suffered a stroke just hours after being born.
Little Eleanor Sim spent weeks in intensive care and now her family want to raise awareness of how strokes can happen at any age.
A critical emergency, a stroke occurs when the blood supply to part of the brain is cut off, depriving brain tissue of vital oxygen and causing cells to die, and around 400 children suffer a stroke in the UK every year.
