Scots fruit farmers are producing fewer berries this year as they feel the squeeze of rising costs

Migrant workers are vital to the success of Scotland’s food and farming industry, according to a Scottish Government report.

Despite an extra 15,000 visas being issued to seasonal staff this year, a lack of pickers is still a concern.
