STV News has seen reports showing that infection experts warned of possible health risks at the Baird Family hospital and Anchor Centre in Aberdeen.
Plasterboard and insulation had to be removed after the report, three years ago, found mould was growing on the walls because the buildings weren’t weather-tight.
NHS Grampian say they won’t open until they’re safe to do so.
