There around 400 amendments to the proposed legislation, a record number for a Scottish Parliament Bill.
The introduction of rent controls is at the forefront of the legislation. Landlords have warned it will drastically harm supply.
Tenants have widely welcomed them, but are angry that mid-market properties will be exempt from controls.
