A prolific campaigner who was harmed by disgraced neurosurgeon Sam Eljamel has provided new evidence to police which she believes could amount to criminal negligence by NHS Tayside.
Jules Rose gave a statement to the Major Investigation Team which says significant resource is being dedicated to an investigation into Eljamel’s actions
