New Scottish Cricket chair to re-build from ground up

It's a time of change at Cricket Scotland following a report which found the organisation to be institutionally racist

The new chair says his immediate priority is to rebuild the sport from the grassroots.

The two former cricketers whose complaints sparked the independent review say the appointment fills them with hope that Scottish cricket can move forward.
