New study into mosquito borne illnesses in Scotland

The diseases they carry kill more than 700,000 people per year

Mosquito-borne diseases such as West Nile Virus and Malaria could become more of a risk in Scotland due to our changing climate.

Now, Glasgow University scientists are carrying out a three year study into future threats to public health.
