Parents accuse council of ‘failure’ as schools to be mothballed

They say it's long past time their children's schools were made a priority.

Parents in East Dunbartonshire have accused the council of “failing” children at Milngavie Primary – after plans to refurbish three schools were mothballed due to spiralling costs.

They say the buildings are no longer fit for purpose and pose a risk to pupil safety.
