Push for employer organised transport for hospitality night staff

The Get Me Home Safely Campaign was launched by Unite Union after one of their members was sexually assaulted on her way back from a night shift

Edinburgh Council is urging employers to cover the cost of transport home for late-night hospitality workers.

Now the council wants to make providing transport home for staff a condition of applying for a late night license.
