Voting is under way in the Scottish Parliament election, as voters head out to polling stations across the country to have their say.
There are 73 constituency seats at Holyrood elected by the first-past-the-post method, and eight electoral regions, each of which sends an additional seven members to the Parliament based on a form of proportional voting.
Although there are some boundary changes to seats since the last election in 2021, there will still be 129 seats.
Polling stations are open between 7am and 10pm on Thursday, with the first declarations expected early on Friday afternoon.
