Scotland Tonight: Time for fresh faces in Holyrood?

Could an exodus of familiar faces lead to a change in direction for Scottish politics?

More than a fifth of Scotland’s MSP’s have announced that they won’t stand in next year’s Holyrood election.

Amongst the big names getting ready to stand down from Scottish politics are health secretary Jeane Freeman, deputy Scottish Conservatives leader Ruth Davidson, former Scottish Labour leader Iain Gray and presiding officer Ken Macintosh.

John MacKay is joined by Scottish Labour MSP Neil Findlay, SBP activist Fatima Joji and former Conservative MP Peter Duncan to discuss if this exodus will spark a new direction for Scottish politics.
