An 80-acre equestrian estate with a coach house and gate lodge has come on the market for offers over £2.95m.
Old Ballikinrain is a seven-bedroom, six-bathroom detached mansion located near Balfron.
The site is said to have had a house on it since the 14th century, with the current buildings dating from the mid-1800s.

Current owners have undertaken renovations to the kitchen and created an open-plan family/dining room.
The gate lodge and coach house have also been modernised, both now offering two and three bedrooms respectively, with kitchen and bathroom facilities.
Old Ballikinrain’s 80-acre grounds consist of mixed woodland on the approach with formal gardens to the front and side of the house.

There is a paddock for horse riding and a former stables block, along with a bothy which has been converted into an office space.
The estate is around three miles east of Killearn, which has village stores, a pub, restaurants and a primary school.
For golf, Buchanan Castle, Loch Lomond, and Carrick courses are within a few miles, with low-ground shooting and fishing also available in the area.
