The A83 has reopened more than six hours after a two-vehicle crash closed the major route in Argyll and Bute.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the crash at Dunderave Castle, near Inverary, around 4.15pm on Wednesday afternoon.
Drivers faced a 60-mile diversion as police closed the A83 following the collision.
Traffic Scotland said the road was later reopened around 10.45pm on Wednesday evening.
It is not known if anyone was injured as a result of the crash.
