Armed police were sent to a disturbance in Glasgow following reports of a man with a weapon.
Emergency services were called to the Bathgate Street area in Dennistoun around 8.30am on Tuesday.
A number of marked police vehicles and armed officers were dispatched to the scene.
Investigations into the incident are ongoing and no arrests have been made so far.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called to a report of a disturbance and man believed to be in possession of a weapon in the Bathgate Street area of Glasgow around 8.30am on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
