iStockA road in North Ayrshire has been closed in both directions following a rush hour crash.
The incident occurred on the A737 north of Beith at around 6.45am on Wednesday.
Drivers have been urged to approach with caution and expect delays.
It is not known if there are any injuries or how many vehicles are involved.
A post from Traffic Scotland read: “The #A737 remains, CLOSED IN BOTH DIRECTION, due to a road traffic collision.
“Drivers should use caution on approach and expect delays.”
