Bin lorry crashes through fence and into garden as police called to scene

A bin lorry has crashed through a garden fence in Glasgow.

Police were called to Ardbeg Street in the Govanhill area around 1.35pm on Tuesday following the road crash.

The bin lorry came off the road and travelled through a fence before stopping close to a three-storey residential building.

Officers attended the scene, and there were no reports of any injuries.

The lorry has since been recovered.
