A “large quantity” of tyres are on fire at a farm in East Renfrewshire.
Firefighters are tackling the “well-developed” blaze in Newton Mearns, which started on Saturday night.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service has confirmed there have been no casualties.
A spokeswoman said: “We were alerted at 8.11pm on Saturday to reports of a well-developed fire in the open in Newton Mearns.
“Three appliances were dispatched to Patterton Farm, where firefighters were met with a large quantity of tyres on fire.
“Crews remain on scene working to extinguish the fire and there are no casualties.”
