A body has been found in the search for a missing man who was sailing off the south-west coast of Scotland.
A multi-agency operation, including HM Coastguard and Police Scotland, searched for missing 72-year-old Alistair Turnbull, who was last seen in the Fleet of Bay area on Tuesday afternoon.
On Friday, police confirmed a body was recovered in the Fleet Bay area near Whithorn around 4.40pm on Thursday.
The body has yet to be formally identified but the family of missing Mr Turnbull, known as Garry Turnbull, has been informed.

Police said there do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
The Coastguard responded to the incident involving an overdue dinghy off Wigtown Bay after 7pm on Tuesday, with the search resumed on Wednesday morning.
Coastguard teams from Ballantrae, Isle of Whithorn, Kirkcudbright, Portling, Stranraer, and Portpatrick were sent to the scene, along with a search and rescue helicopter from Prestwick.
