Google MapsA body has been pulled from the water at a Dumbarton boatyard on Thursday.
Emergency services were called to the Sandpoint Marina on the River Leven at around 10.40am following the discovery.
An investigation to establish the full circumstances surrounding the death is ongoing.
The gender and age of the individual is not known.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.40am on Thursday, December 11, 2025, a body was discovered within the water at Sandpoint Marina in Dumbarton.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
