iStockPolice are appealing for information following a break-in and the theft of a car from Auchterarder.
The incident is believed to have taken place in the Benton Road area between 10pm on Wednesday September 10, and 6am on Thursday September 11.
Entry was forced to a property and a set of car keys taken, before a blue Audi S3, registration FA63 NKY, was stolen from outside the home.
Detective Constable Steven Cochrane said: “We are appealing for anyone with information or who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the nearby area to please come forward. Local residents are also asked to check their CCTV or dashcam footage for anything which may assist our enquiries.
“Anyone with information, or potential sightings of the stolen car, should contact police on 101, quoting incident 0463 of 11 September. You can also contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, if you wish to remain anonymous.”
